We set out from the start to understand clearly the skill set, responsibilities, and the unique qualities that the client is seeking. Once this is established we will use a combination of search techniques including an extensive data base search, the use of our network sources, research, advertising and social media to identify candidates that match the recruitment criteria. We will then make selective calls to potential candidates and interview suitable applicants. Once prime candidates are selected we will forward confidential profiles to the client. CK Search Global will manage the interview process and relay feedback to both clients and candidates, negotiate the offer and follow up with both the client and the candidate on completion of the successful placement.
